Conditions:
- Arrival Check-in from 4 p.m. (possible every day)
- Departure Check-Out 10am (every day possible)
- Deposit: 400 EUR
- Minimum stay (7 days: July-September; 4 days: October-June)
- Payment terms:
Payment upon booking: 25% of the booking amount
Final payment 60 days before arrival: 75% of the booking amount + deposit
- Cancellation fees:
100% refund if cancelled up to 60 days before check-in
50% refund if cancelled up to 30 days before check-in
25% refund if cancelled up to 14 days before check-in
0% refund if cancelled less than 14 days before check-in
- not permitted: parties, events, smoking , pets
